• Fanfiction Commenting Guide (Dreamwidth, AO3): This guide offers advice for fanfiction readers who would like to comment more often, leave longer comments, and write more meaningful comments.

BBC Merlin Fanworks

• Filtering/Blocking Works in the Merlin AO3 Tag (Using Tag ID Numbers) (Dreamwidth, AO3): Gen. Reference Guide. This is a guide on filtering fanworks in the "Merlin (TV)" fandom on AO3, particularly for the sake of saving filters according to your individual preferences. This includes a list of tag ID numbers for notable tags under the Merlin fandom tag. That way, you can filter and search by tag IDs rather than tag names, and thus preempt the possibility of losing your filters if a tag name changes. For more general information and tools that support filtering and blocking on AO3, not specific to any particular fandom, see the collection which contains this work (and its parent collection).
• Secret Weapon (Dreamwidth, AO3): Gen. Gwen & Merlin. After a tavern maid flirts with Merlin, Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table decide that they need to give Merlin "the talk". Merlin really wishes they would not. When they finally corner him, Merlin has had enough, and decides to use his secret weapon.
• Unexpected Emotional Mess (Dreamwidth, AO3): Gen. Merlin & Arthur Pendragon, Merlin & Knights of the Round Table, Lancelot & Merlin. When Emrys, the Once and Future King, and the Knights of the Round Table wander into a seemingly abandoned temple, its spirit guardian decides to attempt to give destiny a little shove. They force Emrys to reveal a secret that burdens him, only Emrys chooses to reveal a secret regarding a dead knight and supposed betrayal. They just wanted to reveal a magical being, not an emotional mess. Whoops.
• The Warning (Dreamwidth, AO3): Gen. Merlin finds himself in the forest, with ominous growling echoing from the shadows.(A drabble inspired by a whump writing prompt. This is part of a collection of stories written by members of the Land of Myth Discord server.)
• Leon is the Round Table Member Most Likely to Sympathize with Magic: Hypothesis and Supporting Evidence (Dreamwidth, AO3): Gen. Meta essay. Of the members of the Round Table who are not already aware of Merlin's magic, I assert that Sir Leon would be the most likely to react well to a reveal of Merlin's magic. This meta details my supporting evidence for this assertion. For the sake of comparison, this work includes a section for each other relevant character, delineating the factors which are likely to affect their sympathy for magic (and Merlin, in particular).

• Echoes of Association (Dreamwidth, AO3): F/F. Jadzia Dax/Lenara Kahn. A short and vague poem inspired by the relationship between Jadzia Dax and Lenara Kahn in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine season 4, episode 6: "Rejoined".
